Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the BeomBot Discord bot, website and dashboard. By adding BeomBot to a server or using its services, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator

BeomBot is operated by Sukhjit Multani, Grenzackerstraße 17/1/6, 1100 Vienna, Austria. Contact: benjamin@opus-host.de.

2. Eligibility and Discord Rules

You must have a valid Discord account, meet the minimum age required for Discord in your country and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable laws. BeomBot is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

3. Use of BeomBot

You may use BeomBot only for lawful server administration, moderation, support and community-management purposes. Server owners and administrators are responsible for granting appropriate permissions, configuring features and informing their members about the use of BeomBot.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use BeomBot to harass others, distribute unlawful content, spam, evade Discord enforcement, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive behavior or violate the rights of other persons.

5. User Content and Server Data

You remain responsible for content submitted through tickets, configuration fields, commands and other bot features. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and Changes

BeomBot is provided as available. Features may be changed, interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

7. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited or terminated where these terms, Discord's rules or applicable laws are violated, or where necessary to protect users, the service or third parties. You may stop using BeomBot at any time by removing it from your server.

8. Responsibility and Liability

Server administrators remain responsible for moderation decisions and actions performed through their configuration of BeomBot. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, user-generated content, Discord outages or actions taken by server administrators. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Information about personal-data processing, cookies and user rights is available in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when features, legal requirements or operating conditions change. The current version will be published on this website.
